About the Straw Shade

Straw is a, mellow yellow but on the darker side with a hint of soft cream and butter tones, reminiscent of sun‑dried hay and late‑summer fields. It’s gentler than bright yellow and much darker, with a more natural earthy look to the shade. The satin weave adds a delicate sheen that lifts the shade and gives it a polished, refined finish. Many people compare it to more an antique gold look.

Straw pairs beautifully with ivory, cream, ecru, latte, taupe and stone, as well as soft greens like sage. It also works well with blush, peach, dusty blue and warm browns for rustic or country‑inspired schemes.
