Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders in 7 working days, from the day following receipt of your completed order together with cleared payment. In the case of Next Day orders these will be dispatched the same day as the order is received as long as this is prior to 3pm on a Working Day ( defined as Monday to Friday inclusive)
All orders will be dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination. We have tried to lay out below some basic information below that we feel might be off assistance. Our Charges are based on the weight of your goods however these are currently capped at a maximum charge of £7.00 for standard delivery and £12.00 for Next Day delivery in the UK. Delivery charge for the UK will not be more than this regardless of the number of reels ordered. In the case of small orders for just one reel of ribbon under 10mm wide then the delivery charge is currently £1.85. The majority of orders, where the ribbon width is 15mm wider will fall in to our £4.25 price bracket as these will have to be sent as small parcel. All items dispatched via Royal Mail are sent on a tracked service.
Highlands & Islands
At the current time we do not penalise the Highlands of Scotland and out lying Islands with a delivery surcharge for items ordered on a standard delivery, however were a Next Day delivery service is required then we do have to pass on the carriers additional charges. However please bare in mind that all deliveries to these locations will be sent by First Class Royal Mail if ordered on a Standard Service and may be subject to slightly longer delivery times which are solely down to the operations of the Royal Mail in these areas.
We are pleased to confirm that we can offer Next Day service if required to Northern Ireland, this is currently operated via Royal Mail on a Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery Service. In the case of large orders or high value ordered then these will be dispatched via DPD.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 14 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed too have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
- We offer a full money back guarantee.
- You have 30 days from receipt in which to return your order.
- You will pay the return cost of postage or collection can be arranged at your cost for larger items.
- In the case of defective goods we will cover the return postal cost.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it can we ask that you follow the steps below to assist your return, we have also attached a returns form at the foot of this page;

- Please include a copy of the delivery note or invoice with the goods being returned.
- Return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt.
- All goods to be in a new and unused condition.
- We recommend that all items returned to us to be sent Royal Mail special delivery or at the very least you obtain a proof of postage for your records from the post Office.
- If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.

If you find that you need to return ribbons to us for what ever reason be it a faulty reel of ribbon or a ribbon that is not quite the right shade. Simply drop us an e mail or call us and let us know that you're returning your ribbons. All you then need to do is post off your ribbons and we will then process your returns as quickly as possible.
