With December here and Christmas approaching ever faster we thought that we would post some questions and answers that we are being asked a lot at the moment in the hope that this page might give you the information and insight that you are looking for quickly.

Q1, When do you close for Christmas

A1, Our office and warehouse will be dispatching ribbons up and till Wednesday 20th December our dispatch department will reopen again on Wednesday 8th January.

 

Q2, How quickly will I get my ribbons that I have ordered?

A2, During December we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, these should leave our warehouse on a standard 1st class service  within 48hrs of being ordered subject to stock. One or two product lines are exceptions to this target such as Velvet Ribbon and Grosgrain Bulk Reels.

Q3, Can I get my ribbon any quicker ?

A3, Yes you can, there are two choices that we can offer. The first is a Next Working Day Delivery Option which means that your ribbons are guaranteed to arrive in 24hrs ( subject to stock). The second option that we are running for December is Carrier Delivery, on this option  once your ribbons leave us they will be delivered to you within 24hrs, a safer option for urgent orders than relying on the postal service and offered for only £6 ( UK mainland only ).

 Q4, How can I be sure that you have stock of the ribbon I need before I order?

A4.  This time of year stock systems can struggle to keep up with online and manual orders as a result we will always be more then happy to  take the time to speak with our customers if you would like to call us on 01691 780416 and we can check stocks for you in person and help in any way we can.
